Here is our lovely home in Hyde Park-small, but we call it home

Dining room...aka...kitchen!

For all of you who remember those brown folding chairs from Grandmas house, these are them. Kelly spray painted them and helped me cover them with fabric. I am so proud of us! I am not crafty at all and I feel like I need to either go into business or just post this on Pinterest....yeah, probably Pinterest!

THE room. It isn't anybody's yet...

Our ginormous bathroom! Did I mention that our apartment is wheelchair accessible? It's really nice because our bathroom is huge. But the bad part is that the toilet is huge, I always want to quote Elf! 

Ahem... I will let you guess who has taken over the guest room... I would have opened the door more, but that wasn't possible.

We don't have any decorations yet, so hopefully for our wedding we'll get something to put on our walls! 

So, that's our home. I love it, it's perfect for us. I can't wait to actually LIVE here in 12 days! Crazy, that's next week! 

Home Sweet Home

Kelly and I moved in to our new apartment on September 4th! I love it, it's perfect! You might be asking "how did Kelly AND Jenna move into an apartment? They don't get married for 21 days!" Well, it's pretty complicated. Every evening at 10 PM Kelly drives me to my friend Melissa's apartment where I sleep on a bed made up of 3 couch cushions on the floor next to her bed...yes, much like a dog. Then at 7-8 AM Kel picks me up, we drive to campus, I drop him off, take his truck and drive to our apartment where I get ready, then I go pick him up, we drive home and eat breakfast together. Luckily we only have less than a month left of this annoying system! 

I'll have to clean my apartment today so I can post pictures. Oh, you're thinking "Jenna, I am surprised that your home is messy, in high school you NEVER had anything on your floor." Well, you are correct, there is nothing in the apartment that is messy....except for the room that Kelly is occupying for the time being (the "spare room")... So, once that is clean, I will post pictures.... This task might have to wait until after the wedding :)
